We invite you to this year’s special Unity Day Reception combined with an Oktoberfest Celebration on October 3 at the Atwater Brewery in the Park.
We have the honor to welcome Michael Ahrens as speaker, who took up his position as Consul General of Germany in Chicago in August 2023.
This year we are planning to celebrate Unity Day & Oktoberfest with German-style food & German-style beers . As a special treat we have arranged for “Enzian aus Detroit” to entertain us; whether you desire sing-along beer drinking music, or the contemporary sounds of yesterday’s and today’s German artists, it will be a special evening.
